I had the absolute pleasure of working with Natalie Basalo for almost five years in my role as Head of Marketing & Communications for HUGO BOSS.

I worked with Natalie on VIP client events, celebrity dressing, CRM promotions, and other marketing opportunities for the HUGO BOSS King Street Store; Australia's flagship.

Natalie is highly customer focused with laser-sharp attention to detail.  I always enjoyed working with Natalie because she is so customer-centric and conscientious.

Events can be stressful at times but Natalie was always able to calmly lead her team and work closely with marketing to support events that were seamless and that delivered to the very high standard that the BOSS business expects.  She has fabulous relationships with her VIP clients which were apparent in the sales results that the store achieved, even in a challenging retail environment.  Natalie is also great fun to work with!
